In this video relaesed by the Clinton Campaign, Barack Obama says that the candidates need to put forth a clear, unambiguous and uncertain plan exactly how they plan to get out of Iraq. He then proceeds to say he can have the troops withdrawn in 16 months. Then it shows his former Foregin Policy Advisor saying he will not rely on a plan he crafted as a candidate and that 16 months is best case scenario.
