Obama puts distractions "On Notice"

Not to be out done by Hillary, Barack Obama also joined the "Colbert Report" yesterday. Still upset over his treatment in the recent debate, Obama had Colbert add "Manufactured political distractions" to the infamous "On Notice Board."
